Sunita is an energetic, multi-skilled artist and uses her talents in many different art forms.

She loves using charcoal made of willow or vine carbonized sticks because of their extremely friable qualities.  She makes use of these abrasive media and skillfully gets exactly what she wants with gentle strokes resulting in a very dramatic and powerful drawing.  The paper are carefully selected to hold the powder in the "hills and valleys" of the paper's surface.

The way she contrasts, shapes and distributes values and the amount and manner of tonal transition among them, are potent factors in the psychological mood of her drawings, which makes her drawings very lively, resulting in grabbing the onlooker's immediate attention.
